Real Estate Information Seminar

In today's marketplace and economic environment, we are finding that more and more people are considering entering the real estate field as a career choice. This may strike you as interesting, seeing as so much of the recent media attention about real estate has been negative.

You may be interested to learn that now is in fact, a far more profitable time for high producing agents than any of the previous years over the last decade. Although home prices are being lowered, and foreclosure and short sales are increasingly prevalent in the marketplace, the number of homes being sold annually is actually up relative to the number of agents selling homes.

So, in an attempt to answer many of the questions we have been receiving about how to enter the real estate industry, we have decided to begin a real estate information seminar on a monthly basis from our Ankeny office. This two-hour informational seminar will include topics, such as:

• How do I get a real estate license?
• How much will it cost to get a real estate license?
• The fundamentals of real estate sales.
• Brief overview of the status of the industry.
• Information on the CENTURY 21 Signature Education Scholarship Program.
